The Wholeness Model

At TWI, we believe in a holistic approach to mental wellness. Our workshops combine evidence and research to provide a comprehensive training program that includes physical, emotional, sociocultural, and life skills development. Through these workshops, you'll gain a deeper understanding of thought and emotional regulation, improve your self-awareness and self-discovery, and enhance your critical thinking skills. OUR METHODOLOGY

The Wholeness Initiative means rethinking how we treat mental health—grounded in longstanding research,
and an evidenced-based approach to knowledge acquisition i.e., mental wealth.

 â€‹Therapeutic modalities and alternative therapies are integrated not separated

 TWI means experiencing flow and connectivity through mind and body healing practices

 The experiential methods foster a deep sense of self-discovery through lessons in creative self-expression, meditation, self-awareness, relationship exploration, and critical thinking.  All while honoring the whole of the individual as unique

TWI is the only mental health program working with the dynamic behavior system, the Oneness Model Framework

​The O Model is the future of self-learning, with the ability to map out individual “behavioral DNA” — afterall, one size does not fit all in mental health

​What does this mean for participants?  Happiness is an inside job and TWI provides the tools for
cultivating ongoing mental wealth.  All of which facilitate cultural healing born from
the depths of Wholeness.

Introduction to the 'Oneness Model' 

​The Oneness Model is a knowledge system for cultivating self-awareness by identifying personal triggers and developing critical thinking skills; it is designed to enhance one's ability to more effectively navigate this world.
